Meet our team
Hi there! We work with primary, secondary and virtual schools across the UK and tutor children that need the most help. Our inhouse curriculum specialists devise the lesson content and all of our tutoring for schools is then delivered by fully qualified UK teachers. This is what makes the biggest difference to our students’ academic outcomes. We make years of progress in months, using this system. Feel free to drop our team a line to say hello – we look forward to hearing from you!

Josh Blackburn
Chief Executive Officer
What is your day to day role?
Having joined the company back in 2013, I now oversee the day to day running of the company with the support of a great team. No two days are the same; whether looking at financial information, developing new tuition delivery methods or identifying new areas to support with online lessons.
What is your favourite part of the job?
Making a difference to someone’s life. Over the past nine years we have worked with lots of students who have been in situations where their education wasn’t in line with the norm. Finding a way of putting amazing teachers in front of them and delivering targeted learning has resulted in students achieving their true potential which may have otherwise not been possible.
What do you like doing outside of work?
My passion is food and drink having studied hospitality at university and having previously worked as a food buyer. In order to try and protect my waistline (usually unsuccessfully) I enjoy cycling and attempting to surf. I am also the chair of my daughter’s preschool committee.

It is a very rewarding feeling being able to provide essential bespoke services in such an important industry.
