What is NCFE?
NCFE is a national charity that designs courses and certifies qualification providers. NCFE courses are widely recognised across several fields, and they are a great way to advance your understanding and start your career.
What does NCFE stand for?
The organisation was originally called the ‘Northern Council for Further Education’, but it has since dropped that meaning from its name because of its nationwide focus. NCFE, as the organisation is called today, certifies courses delivered all over the UK and online.
What is an NCFE qualification?
When you complete a certified NCFE course, you earn an NCFE qualification. Different qualifications are available depending on how long the course is and what level you studied at – Level 1 is entry level, Level 2 is equivalent to a GCSE grades 9 to 4, and so on, all the way to Level 7, which is equivalent to a postgraduate degree.
NCFE qualifications are designed in collaboration with industry experts and regularly updated to ensure that they deliver the best possible springboard into vocational careers.
